One of my favorite times of the day is bath time. At first I bathed the babies separately by putting them in this bath that sits inside our claw foot tub.
Because they both love playing and splashing in the water, I recently started to use these little newborn bath chairs so that they could enjoy bath time together.
It's so sweet to see them splash around together.

Bath time was always a favorite in our house when the girls were little, especially if they got to use the "big" tub as they like to call it.
ReplyDeletebeautiful, we have the same tub, but we painted our feet white. we have all 3 kiddo's bathing at the same time! precious isn't it and yes splashy:)
ReplyDeleteWow....you must be Supermom to bathe both babies at the same time! My 4 mo. old is so squirmy it took both my husband and I last night to hold him just so we could rinse the shampoo from his hair! Love the chair idea....I'm going to look into that. ;)

ReplyDeleteLove the pop of yellow, you always have the best, natural looking floral arrangements! Reminds me of how my mother always found a way to have fresh cut flowers from the garden in the house.... hmmm, I miss that!

Wow, I love both of those bath "accessories." Simple but ingenious. Both of my "babies" are in their 40's, but I'm bookmarking those items for the next time I need a baby shower gift.

I used the same 'chair' for my son in our kitchen sink until he was almost 10 months old. I LOVED it, and recommend it to every one of my preggo friends. Such a bargain too!
ReplyDeleteAs they get a little bigger, a laundry basket works great & you can fit them both in one basket together! Sounds crazy but it's fantastic for multiples! We did it with our quads for awhile! =)

ReplyDeleteI remember one of my best memories of my two daughters (3 years apart)was bath time and their Daddy was the "Master of the Bath". We used the kitchen sink for along time, and those girls just had a blast. Later when they were older, they would share the big tub and just play and play. And my husband never tired of their antics, long after I was ready to dry them off and call it good...LOL Make sure you take movies of them. My girls just love watching the Bathtime Movies now. :) Kit
