ReplyDeleteI am hoping for a major comeback of interior solid shutters......and roller shades! (sometimes only interior solid shutters are necessary! Yikes!
Simple elegance.
I am hoping "plantation shutters"...which block out over 50% of the view.......and the light......will go out of style when people see! They are DREADFUL!! (just my opinion!)

ReplyDeleteOn a random note, I was in our Benjamin Moore shop in town the other day (a very small town) picking up paint for some touch ups. The lady in line in front of me was excitedly telling the lady at the counter that she was painting another room Simply White and that she had seen it on a blog and loved the color. I joined in and asked which blog she had been reading (thinking it was most likely yours). Sure enough, it was you. I just thought it was so funny because really, it's a tiny town in Canada! I told her it would look beautiful as my whole house is now the same color.
You're a wonderful source of inspiration - even here in Canada.
