Hmmmm...what's missing?
Her.
This is our sweet Margaret's favorite snuggle spot in the house.
Things that aren't captured in this photo but are lurking about:
crib (which is conveniently on wheels)
diaper genie
bouncy chair
night stand full of burp cloths
sound machine
diapers, wipes and diaper cream
assorted recently changed baby clothes and baby blankets
And me (in my pajamas) snuggling with the baby girl.
xo
P.S. First photo taken pre-babies.

She's a little angel...and she fits so perfectly on your beautiful, cloud like bedding. Her snuggle factor is unbeleivable...oh my goodness, the snuggling must be non-stop. Darling picture!

Trina, you are very lucky and blessed. Very nice to meet you, Margaret :)

How sweet! So happy for you two or four I should say! :)
Beautiful photo of her.. Looks like something that should go in a pretty frame....
I love this post. No amount of being perfectly coiffed and dressed for the day, or a neatly pulled together home can compare to snuggling with your baby! Enjoy every moment with sweet Margaret!
Last night when Mr. Tide and I picked up carry out Chinese food there were two little girls all dressed up, hats and all, sitting and giggling with their parents at a nearby table. I just smiled and remembered when we used to do that with our own children. So glad I did so that when I looked at them I didn't frown with regret!
Kat :)
Trina,
She is stunning!
Well I'm just impressed that the bed is actually made! I only had one baby at a time and sometimes it was right before bedtime that I got the bed actually made!
Margaret is a beautiful girl!

my rudimentary english hadn't the word 'burp cloth' included, i like it, reminds me of our old joke when our first born was a baby: how do you recognize young parents? they all have a burp spot on their shoulder. may you enjoy all the burp spots on all of your shoulders!!!!!! cheers from ireland! eliane
Trina,
She looks like a baby doll sitting on your bed!
So beautiful.
Welcome to Motherhood and all the 'stuff' that goes with it! How can such tiny little people need so much and why is all so big? I wonder how our great grandmothers ever survived -- all they had were rocking chairs and lots of love.
Your Friend,
Deborah
How delightful....I am one of those happy lurkers who just feels brightened when I see your blog Continued blessings for your sweet family. XXXX

Darling baby girl! They sure do have a lot of STUFF for such tiny people LOL!
My girl will be 12 and never too old for a snuggle in Mommy and Daddy's bed...well maybe our days are numbered...but we still love it when she comes for a bit of comfort.
Your little girls is adorable.

I just found your blog! So far I'm loving your aesthetic, and those babies! I just had twin girls myself on November 1st, and it's so great to see another twin family!
Oh my goodness, she just looks so precious! Look at her little hands and feet. So sweet!
Sweet, beautiful little girl. Is it just me or does she look like your hubby? There is nothing like having your precious baby in your arms. May your cup continue to overflow.
Congratulations on your beautiful, precious little baby girl (and boy)!
Haha - how sweet. What a little doll. Love that little tufted square pillow too - I think I need one of those for resting my head on too! Hope you are getting enough sleep.

She looks like an angel...bet she smells like one too. Oh Trina, enjoy these wonderful but busy days. They fly. My husband just walked our daughter down the aisle before Christmas. It was amazing and came so fast.
Thank you for continuing to post...this blog just makes my day! :)
What a Sweetie! love the name ;-).
Trina, she is beautiful and looks right at home! Oh my, they are getting so big already!!
She is beautiful!!!
Both of your babies are adorable! I know you are enjoying every minute with them. Carla
What an adorable little one and what a wonderful way to spend the day, snuggled up with her :)
How beautiful! Nothing like a sweet baby girl! And of course boys are special also. Enjoy your snuggle time...they grow so quickly.
...and to think I thought the picture was perfect before your sweet babies arrived! Silly me!
ohmy.... it's that's not the sweetest love bug I don't know what is. I could eat her up!!!

What a wonderful photo, she is perfect!. This might sound funny...I was making our bed this morning and wondering what your master room upstairs looked like, thanks for letting us peek into your home. you have been a great inspiration.
She's beautiful! And that does look like a great spot for cuddling!
Oh she's a doll!
When I'm styling a photo, I have to look around me and laugh. Sometimes I feel like taking a complete shot of the entire room just to show how hilarious it is that one spot looks perfectly put together, but the rest can be chaos... depending on the mood my son is in.
That's beautiful. Thank you for your blog!
Now you know why you had to wait for babies.
Waiting for the perfect ones for ya'll.
So happy for you. Congratulations !
Garden & Be Well, XO Tara
That has got to be the best piece of decoration I have ever seen! She is such a beauty and I can tell by her expression, she has quite the personality too! Kit
Beautiful entry! Lovely baby girl.
Oh I'd forgotten about burp clothes Trina, it's been a few years since I needed them! But I do remember always having one slung over my shoulder 'just-in-case'. Miss Margaret is definitely giving her Mum's PJ's the once over in this pic!

Laying on a beautiful bed with a beuatiful baby is a beautiful moment...savor every second!
perfection trina, just so over whelmingly happy for you guys. glad that you're in your pj's darl, babies throw life into a fairly black and white perspective dont they!
jxxx
With her cute pink relaxed toes and fingers contemplating one another and that soft little furrow ..your beautiful Margaret's expression seems to say...so um mommy, when can I take a picture of you and show everyone how pretty you are and how I listen for the sound of your voice and um well, how much I love and adore YOU.
Lisa-
P.S.thank you for sharing your double blessings-
She is one precious baby girl...looks like she was painted in that picture..just perfect! So why not show the "real" stuff that comes with living with babies...We'll still see your home as perfect even if its full of non decorish baby items..
We used a diaper genie for all of one week...the smell it leaves behind after you empty that full can of dirty diapers isn't pleasant. We immediately used the method of grab a Walmart plastic bag and throw each dirty diaper in the trash can so the smell goes straigh outside and doesnt stay inside.
so cute, what a lovely house, such great taste! stylista!!!
Thanks for sharing....she is beautiful!
Both Babies are adorable. Amazing how they change your life. True Blessings and joy.
p r e c i o u s.... i knew it looked pretty calm around there! he he
have a wonderful weekend sweetie... xoxo
She is so sweet and Congratulations!
Such a great little spot for Margaret...and for many years to come.

She is beautiful.
Can you even imagine what you did before they arrived?
What a DARLING, in a beautiful room! :)
i wondered how your bedroom was so spotless! she is lovely, and it is heart-warming to read about your momma-love-affair with the babies.
So sweet! that would be my favorite spot too!
ooh you're loving them up real good:) Your home is so pretty- your babies prettier :)
Miss Margaret is precious! Snuggle lots; that's what babies are for - snuggling (and rocking).
I just found your beautiful blog today and what a day to discover it! Congratulations...she's beautiful. I have been enjoying your posts and seeing the transformation of your beautiful home.
Oh....I was just reading more and realized there's two! Twice the fun...congratulations times 2...I guess I was enamored with your house I missed the posts on babies! Sorry!
What a treat to see. I love this stage .....so snuggly.
Ahhh...Margaret is so cute...how content she looks! Enjoy!
Margaret (and Noreen at A Homespun Year)
SO precious! Looking forward to seeing more of the babies :)
She looks so sweet, all in white, makes her look so adorable! But..as you said...the house looks totally different cluttered with baby-stuff. I think for me that was the biggest change: getting used to stains on my 'grège' walls, scratches on the wooden floor and never have the feeling the hous is totally clean!
Evelien
Nothing like snuggling in the parents bed...she's a gorgeous addition!!
I adore your blog and your babies are gorgeous!!!
She's just beautiful! :-)
she's precious and getting BIG! xoxo
She is so cute!
Perfection.

How do you keep that much white so clean? :)

Aaaaawwwwwwww. Very sweet.
You should take her photo in that spot every year on the same date.
You have absolutely sublime taste. I am just inspired so very much by both, your home decor and your beautiful gardens. Thank you for inviting us all to enjoy from afar. Carolina Elizabeth
